You authorize MaiGe to deduct the subscription service fee for the next billing cycle (including: 1 week, 1 month, 6 months) from your third-party payment account (account bound to Apple iTunes or Google Play) when the membership validity period is about to expire. The premise for the realization of this service is that the member has bound his MaiGe member account to the above account and can successfully deduct money from the above account.
Automatic renewal specifically refers to the method of deducting the service fee for the next billing cycle of the member through the above account based on the premise of the first paragraph of this agreement. Members need to ensure that MaiGe can successfully deduct funds from the above accounts. Members shall bear the responsibility for any renewal failure caused by insufficient balance in the above accounts.
This service is limited to use by members on MaiGe. Any illegal acts such as malicious hacking to separate the content of this service from the MaiGe platform are prohibited. All legal consequences caused by this act shall be borne by the actor, and MaiGe will pursue the legal liability of the actor in accordance with the law.
ByteBeat Limited has the right to adjust the membership service content, service fee standards, and automatic renewal cycle based on its own business development needs. When the service is adjusted, it will notify you in advance by in-site letter. The adjusted service content or fee standards will be displayed on the member center page. After the user completes the registration process and pays the membership fee through the payment method provided by the MaiGe platform, the corresponding MaiGe membership is obtained.
When submitting an application and opening a membership, you must ensure that the personal information submitted is true, accurate, complete, legal and valid. When the personal information changes, the registration information should be modified and updated in a timely manner, otherwise the resulting membership rights cannot be fully and effectively exercised or any other consequences and responsibilities shall be borne by you.
The validity period of membership starts from the time the MaiGe membership service is activated. The specific period can be viewed by logging in to MaiGe-My VIP Center. The automatic renewal service is a service that automatically pays the membership fee and extends the membership during the validity period of the membership. The validity period of the membership will be extended accordingly on the basis of the original validity period. ByteBeat Limited will automatically renew your membership period and deduct the corresponding membership fee when the validity period of the membership expires according to your authorization, and automatically renew it accordingly after the renewal expires.
This agreement shall take effect from the date on which the member chooses to accept or use this service until the member terminates this service/cancels the membership.
Members have the right to choose to terminate automatic renewal at any time. For specific methods, please refer to Article 4 "Rights and Obligations of Members" of this Agreement.
The instructions that members have entrusted MaiGe to automatically renew the fee before choosing to terminate automatic renewal remain valid. MaiGe will not refund the fees deducted based on the instructions, and the member shall bear the relevant responsibilities.

MaiGe members enjoy equal rights as members and should abide by the various regulations and rules of the MaiGe platform, including but not limited to this Agreement, Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Minor Protection Policy, etc.
You shall bear the losses caused by the suspension of membership services due to violation of the relevant agreements described in Article 4, Paragraph 1 of this Agreement.
During the validity period of membership, members can enjoy corresponding value-added services.
If you actively terminate or cancel your membership during the validity period of membership, ByteBeat Limited is not responsible for refunding the service fees corresponding to the remaining validity period of membership.
Members shall bear the legal responsibility for sending and publishing information in MaiGe and using MaiGe free or paid services. Members' use of MaiGe services, including free and paid services, shall comply with various laws, regulations, normative documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations") and platform agreements and rules.
After the membership is activated, you should carefully and reasonably save and use your username and password, and you shall not lend your account to others. Otherwise, you shall bear all responsibilities arising therefrom. At the same time, the MaiGe platform has the right to make independent judgments in this case and may take measures such as suspending or closing user membership.
Member services are limited to personal use of the application account and may not be used for commercial purposes; membership services cannot be transferred between MaiGe accounts during the service period, and may not be donated, borrowed, transferred or sold.
Members may not obtain or purchase membership services through illegal means such as theft, exploitation of system loopholes, or on websites that illegally sell MaiGe membership without MaiGe authorization, otherwise the losses caused by this shall be borne by the members themselves.
If the price of MaiGe membership services is adjusted before/at the time of automatic renewal, the current effective price shall prevail.
The automatic renewal service is up to the member to choose whether to cancel it. If you need to cancel the subscription, please refer to the following methods: a) If you use an Apple phone, please open the phone and click "Settings" - enter "iTunes Store and App Store" - click "App ID", select "View App ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscription" and choose MaiGe membership to cancel the subscription; b) If you use Google Play to download and purchase MaiGe membership, please open Google Play and click "Settings" - "Manage Automatic Renewal" to turn off automatic renewal. c) If the subscription is not turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it is deemed that the member agrees that MaiGe will make irregular deduction attempts according to certain rules. Once the deduction is successful, MaiGe will open the subscription service for the next billing cycle for the member.
If there is an error in the deduction process, the member should work closely with MaiGe officials to find out the cause and each party shall bear the loss caused by its own fault; if the loss is caused by unequal faults of both parties, both parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; if both parties are jointly responsible, the responsibility shall be shared by both parties.

5. Rights and obligations of MaiGe platform
MaiGe platform should ensure the normal use of member services, and technical failures should be eliminated as soon as possible, but MaiGe platform is not responsible for any losses caused by members.
MaiGe platform does not assume any responsibility for the interruption of member services or other defects caused by force majeure, but will try its best to reduce the losses and impacts caused to members.
Members should keep MaiGe accounts and passwords properly. Losses caused by account password leakage due to members' own reasons shall be borne by the members themselves. During your use of this service, you may not engage in the following actions:
Modify the service content, service period, service fee, transaction status and other information through technical means without the official authorization of MaiGe; Provide membership services to others through methods not explicitly authorized by MaiGe (including but not limited to borrowing, renting, selling, sharing, and transferring);
Crack, change, reverse, tamper with or otherwise damage any security measures and technologies used by MaiGe to protect membership services;
Delete any ownership or intellectual property statement or label on the membership service content without the prior written consent of MaiGe;
Display the membership service content in whole or in part in any public place in a paid or free manner without the explicit authorization of MaiGe (except if your above-mentioned actions do not constitute infringement);
Other actions that are not expressly authorized by MaiGe or violate this Agreement, laws, regulations or regulatory policies, or infringe the legitimate rights and interests of a third party or MaiGe.
You acknowledge and agree that if you have any behavior that violates national laws, regulations or regulatory policies, violates this Agreement or damages the reputation and interests of the MaiGe platform or/and its affiliates, MaiGe has the right to take one or more of the following measures:
If this Agreement has a separate clause to stipulate the handling method for this behavior, it shall be handled in accordance with that clause;
Take one or more measures to stop your behavior and the consequences of your behavior, such as deleting/blocking related links or content, restricting/canceling your account/account permissions, etc.;
Interrupt or terminate part or all of the membership services, and the membership service fees you have paid will not be refunded and you will not receive any form of compensation/compensation;
If your behavior causes MaiGe or/and its affiliates to suffer any losses, you shall bear all liability for loss compensation and complete the fee payment within the time limit required by MaiGe.
